Template Description:   The Student Cohort Group Fact Template is used to capture Career Technical Student Organizations (CTSO) that students are participating in during the school year. Every student who participates in a CTSO should be reported in this template.

School Year 2018-2019 Changes: This template is new for this school year.

Data Submission Schedule:

  • 40 Day is optional
  • 80 Day is optional
  • 120 Day is required
  • End of Year is Required

Grain:  One record per district / school year / student / CTSO
