Non-public schools previously accredited by the state under the repealed rule 6.81.2 NMAC are no longer accredited by the state under the new rule 6.19.4 NMAC, effective July, 2024. Non-public and BIE schools choosing to seek state accreditation pursuant to 6.19.4 NMAC should revisit this page for further guidance.
