NM State Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Advisory Panel

According to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the State of New Mexico must establish and maintain an advisory panel to provide policy guidance for Special Education and related services for children with disabilities in the State. The IDEA Advisory Panel’s role is to advise the New Mexico Public Education Department with regard to serving students with disabilities through Part B of IDEA.

The purpose of this form is to provide an opportunity for individuals to submit written comments to the State Advisory Panel and the Office of Special Education. All submitted comments will be read aloud during the public comment portion of the upcoming Panel meeting.
