Welcome to the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) Help Desk.

The NMPED provides information and resources to parents, families, community, districts, charter schools, civic and business leaders, and legislators.

Please note: In New Mexico, districts and charter schools are locally controlled by the school board / governance board and the superintendent / charter leader. Most inquiries we receive are redirected back down to the local level for remedy. Before completing the form below, please ensure that you have worked with the teacher, principal, district leadership, and or school board to find a solution to the issue.
